    Please note that all prices listed on this page exclude travel. Travel is charged at 55p per mile, or the full cost of public transport, which can be confirmed prior to booking.

Cancellation Fees & Travel information

Single day event:
Cancellation with more than 7 days notice of a single day event will incur no charge; cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before a single day event will incur a 50% charge of full cost; cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice of a single day event will incur a full charge. Deposits are not refundable.

Residential/Multiple day event: 
Cancellation with more than 14 days notice of a residential/multiple day event will incur no charge; cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before a residential/multiple day event will incur a 50% charge of full cost; cancellation made with less than 7 days notice of a residential/multiple day event will incur a full charge. Deposits are not refundable.

The full cost of all and any pre-paid travel expenses, such as advance train tickets, must be covered no matter how far in advance of the event the cancellation is made.

Petrol expenses are charged at 55p per mile for a return trip.
